Another fine example of an obscure underground commercial track worth money because it is hard to find, not because it is a good record. Rarity does not equal musical quality. There is much better material from this genre that has stood the test of time. If you want to spend big $$$ on a piece like this, then go right ahead. This record is nowhere near major league material from the proving grounds of major markets like New York City and Philadelphia with top clubs, and vibrant, cutting-edge street and radio scenes.
