3 'n the Mornin': Part Two. 3 'n the Mornin': Part Two Tracklist. 1. Watch Yo Screw (Ft. .

DJ Screw first started making what he called "screw tapes" in the mid-90's, and his popularity blossomed in the city of Houston. Eventually, everyone in the Houston area, and many hip-hop fans in the south, knew who DJ Screw was and what he was all about. His life, unfortunately, ended in tragedy when he was found in his studio in November of 2000, dead from an overdose on codeine cough syrup (lean) and Valium. This, his sequel to Three N' The Mornin' (Part 1), is one of his greatest achievements, his shining moment that truly made him known as an impeccable person within the genre. The first actual song on the record, "Sailin Da South", is a fantastic example of just how good Screw was as a producer. It's a version of the intro to the . album of the same name, and features samples from one of his most famous songs, "Swangin' and Bangin'" in the background.

3 'N the Mornin' (Part Two) is a 1996 album by southern hip hop artist DJ Screw. It contains a collection of songs by Dirty South artists remixed using Screw's trademark chopped and screwed style. Part Two is one of Screw's best known CDs. Houston Press called it one of the best Houston rap albums of all time. Robert Earl Davis Jr. – main artist, producer, mixing, assistant engineering. Cedric Dormaine Hill – featured artist (tracks: 1, 2, 10). Albert Davis – featured artist (tracks: 4, 11).

3 'n Tha Mornin pt. 2 Lyrics. About 3 ’n the Mornin’: Part Two . 3 ’n the Mornin’: Part Two Q&A. Chopped and screwed DJ Screw.

He screws classics from Botany Boyz, Point Blankk, Al-D, . He even takes Mack 10's spits from "Foe Life" and puts them on his own "Foe Life" over an Al-D "Lost In Tha Hood" beat from Al's debut album Home Of The Free. I love the slowed and throwed version of "Cloverland" (Botany Boyz), and I love the added twangy guitar riff and keyboards

Nice to have this on vinyl finally, but I've gotta say, the decision to cut the last track off pretty much entirely is disappointing. It's one of the best tracks on the album. I'd much rather have had a nice 2xLP pressing than a picture disc that is missing part of the album. Other than, it sounds good for a picture disc.
