Aware’ is the latest release from Obedientbone, one of the freshest bands to emerge in recent years. A unique hybrid of beats n breaks; rock & dark-pop ‘Aware’ has been described as ’Moloko’ picking a fight with ‘The Prodigy’. Their new EP, the truest representation yet of the bands live energy, is a genre defying collection of dark addictive anthems. Obedientbone are a 3-piece band/production team based in the South-West who write/produce & perform a unique hybrid of beats n breaks/Hip-Hop/Rock & dark-pop. They started life 5 years ago as a studio-based project, the band were becoming increasingly tired of the formulaic approach that the drum n bass scene seemed to be taking at the time and decided to experiment with more organic ideas and live instrumentation.
