Sound - 9 Fight Like Apes are best described as electro pop with good punk sensibility. The band is comprised of two synth players, a bassist and a drummer. While this isn't a particularly unique arrangement, I haven't quite heard a band like them. The drums and bass would not be out of place in a punk band or pop punk like Green Day. However the synth adds an engaging poppiness. Possibly a bit like The Killers or Depeche Mode on Es or coke
