Ensemble bio. Duo Vitare Agnieszka Kotulska-Rahunen, cello Kimmo Rahunen, guitar. Two talented young musicians formed this unique duo in 2005 in Weimar, Germany, during their studies in Hochschule für Musik F. Liszt. Since then they have performed regularly all over Europe. Since 2012 Duo Vitare has focussed on rediscovering forgotten original cello guitar duets from the 19th century. In 2013 they received an artistic grant from the Finnish Arts Promotion Center for the continuation of this project. As a result, in Autumn 2013, Duo Vitare recorded CD titled "Canzonetta Italiana" in the legendary Witold Lutosławski Concert Studio of Polish Radio. The new CD was released in April 2014. In 2015 Duo will record CD of Dusan Bogdanovic's music for guitar and cello.
