Flex is the second studio album by American singer-songwriter Lene Lovich, released in 1979 by Stiff Records. The album is produced by Lovich and Les Chappell with additional production by Roger Bechirian and Alan Winstanley. It was recorded at the Wisseloord Studios in Hilversum, Netherlands. She worked with Chappell and Judge Smith on writing the songs. The cover sleeve depicts Lovich wearing a wedding dress and playing with hockey pucks on a string.

I know they'll see me through The angels watch my every move. Confused and lost, like there's no way out Till I see a light, shining from above So I raise my head, to salute the sky And I feel that light, take my spirt high

Lene looks a little crazy. 4 years ago. Tommy Molloy. Hazel O' Connor sounded similar to the Queen of Vamp . Lovely Jacki. Nice lyrics to this one, about angels watching over us. looked like cloud in form with wings. had vid of them visiting being seen ina church, I read that is only time they write names into book of paradise too, so good to go to church then huh. 5 years ago. jrmetmoi. She's a Doctor Who 'angel'

Flex ‎(CDr, Album, Unofficial). I'm not a fan and I can't say this album has improved with age; even for Stiff, Lene was on the leftfield but hang on; what's that familiar intro? It's another brave/mad/inspired choice to cover the 1972 Northern Soul classic by Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, 'The Night'; perhaps this was the version Jamie Reynolds loved?

The Best of Lene Lovich.
