The highest charting track here, "Sexy, Sexy, Sexy" is a blatant rewrite of "Money Won't Change You" with backing by The Dapps and some tasty organ from arranger Dave Matthews. Of the instrumental tracks, they run the gamut from the Carribean-flavored "Really, Really, Really," to the big band blues of "King Slaughter" and the could've-been-a Bacharach & David backing track "Straight Ahead.

Slaughter's Big Rip-Off is a 1973 Blaxploitation film directed by Gordon Douglas and written by Charles Eric Johnson. The film was released on August 31, 1973, by American International Pictures. It is the sequel to the 1972 film Slaughter.

Sexy, Sexy, Sexy" uses the exact backing track from his 1967 hit "Money Won't Change You," with new vocals and lyrics on top. The sad part is that it works too well. While Slaughter's Big Rip Off proved that he wasn't going to be a soundtrack innovator, the idea of Brown in the film-scoring business has its own appeal.
