The Invisible are an English band based in London, United Kingdom and fronted by the singer and guitarist Dave Okumu.

Johnny Kemp (August 2, 1959 – April 16, 2015) was a Bahamian singer, songwriter, and record producer. He began his career as a songwriter in late 1979 and is perhaps best known for his solo work, including his single "Just Got Paid" (1988), which was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best R&B Song in 1989.

The Invisible Band is the third studio album by Scottish rock band Travis. It was first released on 11 June 2001 in the United Kingdom by Independiente and a day later in the United States by Epic Records. The title of the album makes reference to the band's feelings regarding 'music being more important than the band making it'. Band frontman Fran Healy stated in an interview that the album's title referred to the band's status in 'having famous songs, but not being famous themselves'.

The Invisible Band is the third studio album from Scottish indie pop band Travis. The album was released on 11 June 2001. The album spent four weeks at the top of the UK Albums Chart, selling more copies in that time than The Man Who managed in half a year.

By the third track, The Invisible Band 's feeling pretty predictable. The songs are solid, but the band seem more to have found a formula that works than an individual voice. Travis' roots lie in Paul McCartney (think Wings rather than the Beatles), and post-Style Council Paul Weller, but they also seem influenced by contemporaries such as Oasis and The Bends -era Radiohead. The guitar milks a few melodic themes, so that many of the songs lack distinction. The tracks here are supported by a fuller sound and more complex arrangements than on either of Travis' first two albums
