They prepare and train you to speak with ease. The benefits of exercises or drills are: strengthening and stretching the muscles involved in speech. bringing to your attention habitual speech patterns which may be less than perfect. It’s been a great journey teaching West Coast Swing. Due to family and other business commitments Monday 25th June will be our last night.
