Lock Up was a rock band that featured Tom Morello on guitar before Rage Against the Machine was formed. The band was founded by the original guitar player Mike Livingston (formerly of The Mau-Mau's) and Kevin Wood on bass. They had previously played together in the band Ella and the Blacks, which also included Brian Grillo and Brendan Mullen (founder of The Masque, the first . Rather than the Rapcore style of music that that RATM's Tom Morello became famous for playing in the 90's, Lock Up's Tom Morello took more influence from Funk and combines that with an Alternative/Punk sound to get Lock Up's Debut album and all 12 of it's songs. This is also a RARE collector's item. Although, I like Zack's band Inside Out better (because they're much louder, Hardcore band than Lock Up), however I still HIGHLY RECOMMEND "Something Bitchin.
