Coming this autumn, our release of Shovel Knight The Definitive Soundtrack has been specially mastered for vinyl, under supervision and with final approval from original composers Jake Kaufman and Manami Matsumae.
Shovel Knight Original Soundtrack is the official score of Shovel Knight: Shovel of Hope, composed by Jake "Virt" Kaufman and Manami Matsumae, known for her work on the music and sound effects of the Megaman game series. It contains 48 tracks, which (with the exception of two) can be collected as Music Sheets and played by the Bard in the Village, or in Sound Test in the game's menu after completing the campaign once.

A secondary limited release of this version was sold via Fangamer.com on 10/13/17. This release was limited to 100 total copies. Each copy included a individually numbered postcard signed by composer Manami Matsumae and Illustrator Hitoshi Ariga. Also included was an obi strip, both the Japanese and English versions of the album booklet, and a download code for digital album.
