Judge Dredd: Mega-City Two' takes Judge Dredd out of his city and put him in strange circumstances to see what happens. It's an interesting experiment, but I'm not sure it works. Judge Dredd finds himself in what used to be California as part of a Judge exchange program. Honestly I'll be keeping my eyes out for anything else by Farinas or Wolk. The plot is simple, years ago (before Mega-City Two was destroyed in the Judgement Day storyline) Dredd is sent to Mega City Two, built on the ruins of LA. Supposedly he's on an exchange, but in reality he's investigating a smuggling ring. It's more or less a standard Dredd plot (though with a frankly brilliant conclusion) but that's not the point.
