Live at Woodstock is a posthumous live album by Jimi Hendrix released on July 6, 1999. The album documents most of Hendrix's performance with his band Gypsy Sun and Rainbows at Woodstock Festival on August 18, 1969. Many of the tracks on this album were released in 1994 on Woodstock. As with the earlier release, rhythm guitarist Larry Lee's medley of "Gypsy Woman" with "Aware of Love" (both songs originally by The Impressions) and his "Mastermind" are not included.

Well, the Hendrix Vinyl journey continues and I just cracked open the 3LP Woodstock Album from MCA last night. The music speaks for itself. Jimi was in good spirits and although the band was a bit clunky, the 'extras in the band' that is, this was a very enjoyable concert. Sound quality is damned Fine!!
