Spyros Polychronopoulos is a tireless experimenter. Restless with convention he seeks to uncover that which lies in parallel to the well trodden path. That which is reachable, yet still, so often overlooked. Spyros Polychronopoulos was born at Athens in 1980. He is an electroacoustic composer and has released 15 albums. After his graduation from the Physics department, he completed his PhD studies in Polytechnic department.

Spyros Polychronopoulos for his album feeling of movement. All the instruments (piano, guitar, drums, double bass, cello, clarinet, bass clarinet and electric bass), heard on this album, were recorded in different rooms or studios. The main idea was to achieve a strange feeling of movement in space and time by listening this outright transition from one room to another.

Live Electronic Music is a stand alone, iterative composition housed in a bespoke hand crafted polycarbonate box. This artist multiple is the first of its kind, utilising a specially designed software by Polychronopoulos with the help and ideas of Fotis Kontomichos. It is a universe, collected and housed in a tiny yet endlessly deep object. Each ‘playback’ is different to the one before it.
