Superhuman Happiness became known in Brooklyn for ecstatic dance parties at the famed club Zebulon where they’d often improvise extended versions of their songs. further grew upon touring nationally with artists like Rubblebucket, Marco Benevento and Red Baraat. Prior to their full-length album debut Hands, Superhuman Happiness released an EP and a series of 7-inch singles. They wrote and performed the original motion picture score to the acclaimed documentary film How To Survive A Plague, with special guests Kronos Quartet.

Under the leadership of t Stuart Bogie, indie supergroup Superhuman Happiness were founded in Brooklyn in 2008. Their party-friendly sounds mixed composition, improvisation, and a groove-heavy sense of rhythm. They made their full-length debut with Hands in 2013. Once everyone was finally in the same place, 2013 saw the fruits of their labor with the release of their first proper full-length album, Hands, via Royal Potato Family Records. Equally ambitious and catchy, Escape Velocity followed in 2015 on the same label. Their third LP, Beacon, was their first for Yeggs Records.

The Physical (EP) 2011.

Anyone who's ever heard Superhuman Happiness - especially on their highly recommended latest album 'Hands,' on Royal Potato Family - knows the Brooklyn band has the ability to merge a diverse range of sound and rhythm into an infectious jam. So they were the obvious choice for the magazine Relix to bring into the Red Bull Studio NYC to work with a Treequencer. The Treequencer is a metal tree-like. that detects movement around it, translating the movements into sound.
