Released in 1978, Mass Production's third album Three Miles High falls short of the excellence of the band's two previous efforts. This LP marked the first time that a Mass Production album was uneven and inconsistent. Not that Three Miles High is terrible by any means. Scary Love," "Groove Me," and "Sky High" are competent, if unremarkable, funk-disco items, and "I Don't Want to Know" is a pleasant soul ballad
