Room Service is the seventh studio album by Swedish pop duo Roxette, released worldwide from 2 April 2001. A planned release in the United States failed to materialise, as the duo's label there, Edel Records America, had been disbanded the previous month due to financial difficulties. Marie Fredriksson was not as involved in the album's production as she had been on previous records, taking part in the composition of just two songs. The album was remastered and reissued with bonus tracks in 2009.

Format: CD, Album. Per Gessle finally found a way to cope with the attempt to bring some electronic, dance sound in his music, at which he failed at previous album Have A Nice Day. With a little (or rather big) help of Shooting Star he managed to produce a decent pop album. Highligts are the three singles The Centre Of The Heart, Real Sugar and Milk And Toast And Honey. But the rest is in no way less interesting, perfect melodies perfectly match electronic arrangements in a typical Roxette style without sounding out of date.

Room Service showcases a band at the top of its form with its feet firm on the pedal: this album is a case study in songcraft and pop smarts. With its na-na-na choruses and sparkly guitars, Room Service is also trademark Roxette, a mostly no-surprises package that divides its time between the soaring, emotive power ballads and the rife-with-hooks rock-dance stompers that the band pretty much took patents out on back in the '80s and '90s.
