Amon Düül II. Альбом.
Amon Düül II. Hijack (CD, Album, RE, Dig). Being a proud owner of all thing Amon Duul II related, for the longest time this was one of my least favourites. I just got through playing it for the first time in years (the original German vinyl on Nova), and now it's a strong contender to be in my Top 5 by this band. It seems my tastes have become much more tolerant/accepting over the last 40 years. Or perhaps the new phono cartridge is responsible? This album isn't for everyone, in particular fans of their earlier works; Yeti, Wolf City, Carnival In Babylon, Tanz der Lemmings, etc. They might find this a tad difficult to listen.
Amon Düül II (or Amon Düül 2) is a German rock band. The group is generally considered to be one of the founders of the Krautrock scene and a seminal influence on its development. The band emerged from the radical West German commune scene of the late 1960s, with others in the same commune including some of the future founders of the Red Army Faction.
Hijack is an album by Amon Düül II from 1974, released by Atlantic Records. It was distributed in the UK by WEA Records. Produced by Olaf Kübler and Amon Düül II and engineered by Peter Kramper, Vive La Trance was recorded and remixed at Bavaria Studios with additional remixing done at Unio. mage: Amon Düül II Vive la Trance. Phallus Dei is the debut album by German band Amon Düül II. The album was the result of the Amon Düül commune in Munich splitting. The album features layered guitars, abstract percussion, and chant-like vocals. It is often cited as the origina. mage: Phallus dei. Yeti (album).
Released in 1974, Amon Düül II's Hijack (or, "Hi-jack," as it was released in Germany) is not frequently (if ever) regarded as one of their better albums. In fact, author Ingmar Schrober gives it a few scant sentences in Tanz der Lemmings, his biography of the band published in 1979. But Hijack is significant in the band's history, and perhaps for posterity as well, for three reasons. Released 1974. com/Hijack (Amon Düül II album). Amon Düül was a German political art commune formed out of the student movement of the 1960s that became well known for its free-form musical improvisations. This spawned two rock groups, Amon Düül (sometimes referred to as Amon Düül I) and the more famous Amon Düül II. After both groups disbanded in the 1970s, some of the original.
