One of the major singer/songwriters of the Movement, Jan Hammarlund secured a record deal at nineteen. About two hundred copies of the initial pressing were supposedly sold, with several thousand copies of the revised pressing sold later. His second album, När bandet slutat spela, is arguably his best and contains fine, dreamy pop in the vein of Donovan.
