Tommy is a 1972 album, based on the original 1969 album by The Who, featuring the London Symphony Orchestra conducted by David Measham, of arrangements by Wil Malone. The project was conceived by Lou Reizner, initially with Rod Stewart singing Roger Daltrey's main role. As Pete Townshend and Daltrey became more involved, Stewart's role was reduced to singing "Pinball Wizard".

The Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra has appeared in an annual residency at Lucerne’s Easter Festival since 2004. LUCERNE FESTIVAL (IMF) debut on 28 August 1965 in a program of works by Bartók and Bruckner under Rafael Kubelík. Founded in 1946, the Bavarian Radio Choir has been performing the great choral symphonic literature and oratorios from the Baroque to the present since then, especially with the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra. The latter’s music directors have regularly been in charge of the Choir’s artistic leadership: from Eugen Jochum through Rafael Kubelík, Sir Colin Davis, and Lorin Maazel to Mariss Jansons. Together, they performed works by Monteverdi, Bach, Handel, Haydn, Mozart, and Beethoven at the styriarte and Salzburg Festivals, as well as with the Berlin Philharmonic.

Under his tenure, the Bach Festival Choir has achieved international recognition by touring extensively in Europe, producing a nationally released CD, and performing with the London Symphony Orchestra during its Florida residencies. Musically he is known for creative interpretations, expressive conducting style, and innovative programming. Dr. Sinclair is one of Florida’s most visible musicians

Douglas M. Dederer - Variety MagazineJourney to InfinityWritten and directed by Charles T. Reece(Audio Master AMS-101)This pre-Apollo 11 record (no date is listed) is intended to inspire the listener with dreams of mankind's destiny, combining the sounds of rocket launches with orchestral music. "You will hear the sounds of the wounded rocket in flight—its gasping breath as each of its multiple stages ignite, burn then are extinguished—bring to the discriminating high fidelity enthusiast an exhilaration which you have never known," writes Douglas M. Dederer of Variety Magazine (sic all of the above). Most interesting is a verbal introduction by Dr. Wernher Von Braun in his thick German accent:"Since ancient times, since the beginning of man's ability to think, he has gazed at the heavens and dreamed that someday he would travel through space and explore the moon and planets which have eternally captivated his imagination. Man's ancient dream of space travel has ended. It's no longer a dream, but a reality, for at last man has in his possession the rocket. In the near future, a great rocket will thunder from the Earth to carry man to the moon. What he will find there and what other countless planets he will eventually explore is unknown. But that he will be going, however, is a certainty."
