Killradio is a punk rock band formed in 2001 in Northridge, California. They used a mix of music styles, including hardcore, post-punk, ska, funk, and hip-hop. The band officially disbanded in 2009, while the members have remained active in the Los Angeles music scene. In early 2017, Killradio announced that they were reforming with their classic lineup. Due to personal issues, the album was never finished and KillRadio eventually dissolved after a final farewell tour on the West Coast. An EP of the recorded tracks for the second album was released in late 2008 under 9/12 Records. The band has gone through a number of musicians. Originally, Brandon Jordan played in a rock outfit with Todd Bondy, John Haskell and Tommy Bavardos called 'A Cloud Nine Project'.

Killradio released 'The Good Americans' EP on Nine 12 Records in late 2008. The artwork was chosen out of a fan contest. The band was rumored to be broken up, but there have been recurring rumors among fan circles that the band may come back together again, at least for occasional shows.
