Notes

Pattie Boyd reads her autobiography.
Sixties icon Pattie Boyd had an extraordinary childhood: she grew up in Kenya, in a household where nobody was allowed to speak at mealtimes; she was left at boarding school at the age of eight and came home one holiday to find her father had been replaced by a new one.
But she was a survivor. She became a top model, a Beatle wife, an acclaimed photographer, Eric Clapton's wife and the inspiration for the timeless love songs Layla and Wonderful Tonight.
Her memoir has every conceivable element of drama, struggle and, ultimately affirmation - and, written in collaboration with the renowned author and biographer, Penny Junor, is a truly compelling story.
