Los Fabulosos Cuatro. Profile: 1960s conjunto, later early Tejano group that formed around 1964 in the Rio Grande Valley in the McAllen - Pharr, Texas - area. Started of as CARLOS GUZMAN Y SU CONJUNTO, which later split into just LOS FABULOSOS 4 (or CUATRO), and CARLOS GUZMAN as a solo artist. Los Fabulosos Cadillacs is an Argentine ska band from Buenos Aires. Formed in 1985, they released their first album, Bares y Fondas (Bars and Boardinghouses), in 1986 and have since released fourteen more albums. They are one of the most influential and most-referenced rock bands of the Latin rock world. The band's sound is a mix of rock, ska, jazz, folk, reggae, funk and big band. It is also noted for its irreverent and humorous lyrics which often contain political undertones.
