Love Is in the Air is the fourth studio album by Australian pop singer John Paul Young, released in 1978. The album was produced by Vanda & Young and released through Albert Productions. It peaked at number 32 on the ARIA Charts. The album spawned the singles: "Love Is in the Air", "The Day That My Heart Caught Fire", "Lost in Your Love" and "Fool in Love". In Europe, the album was titled Lost in Your Love, so as not to be confused with the compilation album released earlier in 1978.

Rare

The rating for this release is the result of a division 5(rating)/3(tracks) approximately. And this, because in my opinion the B1, B2 tracks shouldn't exist in this vinyl. Just think. The year 1995. The music: rave, hard trance, techno. And this era is being represented in the A1 side. Fast melodies, destorted drums, arpeggiated bass line, female vocals. The sound that all ravers loved.In the second side of the vinyl we have a house version with something like carnival elements in the drums. About the B2 track. Isn't allright at all....The same condition with the B1 track. What we have in the second side is something that could easily fit in the year 1997, where we had an intermediate stage in the music.Anyway, i'm still happy i have found this promo vinyl, but for me it could have been better if it was single sided.P.S. I repeat. Love is in the air is awesome and should have been rated as 5. The rating is about the whole release not the A side alone
