Go Out Dancing Part 1 "1931" (2005). Pink World is a rock opera and the second album released by American rock music recording artist Planet P Project as a double LP, originally on pink vinyl, on cassette in 1984, and on CD in 1993 on the MCA label. It was remastered and re-released on CD as Pink World on the Renaissance Records label in 2008. Planet P Project is a pseudonym used by American rock musician and producer Tony Carey (born Anthony Lawrence Carey on October 16, 1953) for his more experimental recordings. Pink World is Carey's fifth solo studio album under his name or his Planet P Project pseudonym. Carey performed all vocals and nearly all instruments on the album, and he composed all of the songs.

Planet P Project was a science-fiction themed progressive rock band with one permanent member: Tony Carey; he used the name for his music that didn't fit the style of his other work. The album garnered enough support for the record company to release a second more ambitious album called "Pink World," but relations soon broke down after Geffen's dissatisfaction with the sophomore album and Carey's decision to pursue his solo career left PLANET P PROJECT a scrapped one until he revived it 21 years later.
