Dancing is a compilation album by Italian singer Elisa that was released on July 15, 2008 in CD format in the United States and Canada. The album, released as part of an effort to introduce Elisa to North American audiences, is a compilation of recordings (some remixed) from previously released albums dating back to 2000.

Sequence dancing is a form of dance in which a preset pattern of movements is followed, usually to music which is also predetermined. Sequence dancing may include dances of many different styles. The term may include ballroom dances which move round the floor as well as line, square and circle dances. Sequence dancing in general is much older than modern ballroom dances.

Charlotte de Witte has shot into techno’s upper echelons since assuming her real name for her productions and DJ slots. Initially using the male-sounding alias Raving George to neutralise preconceptions, the Belgian DJ/producer is now unstoppable. It’s 2017 and techno is bigger than ever. It’s a statement that could, of course, be applied to dance music overall, but this year has marked a boom for the dark, futuristic side of four-four in particular. With the broader fanbase, and increasing number of dedicated festivals and superstar headliners have come questions as to the legitimacy of the so-called underground, and what we should even class as techno.
