The album’s lead single, Work from Home, was released on February 26, 2016, and peaked at on the Billboard Hot 100, surpassing the peak of Worth It to become their highest-peaking single ever. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Normani said the album was more personal and that they had a lot more creative say in it than their debut, Reflection.
