Pet Shop Boys - Alternative (CD 1) album flac

Alternative is a compilation album by English synthpop duo Pet Shop Boys. It was first released in 1995. The title Alternative was a last-minute change from the title that had been long saved for such an album, Besides, but that title was taken by American rock band Sugar, who released their own B-sides compilation two months prior.

On August 7, 1995 an album of Pet Shop Boys B-sides was released. It is called Alternative (a last minute change from the title which had always been saved for this record: Besides). They’re some of our favourite songs, Neil explains, and it just seemed like a nice idea to have them in one place.

Please is the debut album by English electronic music duo Pet Shop Boys, released on 24 March 1986 by Parlophone Records in the United Kingdom and by EMI America Records in the United States. According to the duo, the album's title was chosen so that people had to go into a record shop and say "Can I have the Pet Shop Boys album, 'Please'?".

Extra Tracks, Remastered. In an age of plastique beats and vacant vocals, hearing Introspective by The Pet Shop Boys is a dance music alternative with era appropriate dance beats of the late 80's. The highlight for me is the mix of It's Alright which puts the original version 2 shame. The other standout track would be I Want A Dog, a decent dance track with the usual interesting PSB lyrics.
