Bernard Foccroulle (born 23 November 1953 in Liège) is a Belgian organist, composer, conductor and opera director. He studied at the Conservatoire de Liège and initially became known as a member of the Ricercar Consort. Johann Pachelbel (baptised 1 September 1653 – buried 9 March 1706) was a German composer, organist, and teacher who brought the south German organ schools to their peak. He composed a large body of sacred and secular music, and his contributions to the development of the chorale prelude and fugue have earned him a place among the most important composers of the middle Baroque era.

Bernard Foccroulle is a Belgian organist, composer and opera director, born in Liège on 23 November 1953. After organ studies at the Conservatory of Music in his hometown in the class of Hubert Schoonbroodt, he continued his studies with Xavier Darasse, Bernard Lagacé and Gustav Leonhardt. His participation in the International Festival of Contemporary Art in Royan in 1974 was the starting point for an international career.
