Samuel Sanders piano is spirited where it needs to be and gentle and tender when called for, a sensitive accompanist for Perlman. This is the second CD of this performance of the concerto and the Romance. The increased capabilities of the CD format allowed the addition of the Sonatina and 4 Romantic pieces, making this a wonderful group of Dvorak works for violin.
