The Harry Macintosh Project originally burst onto the Berkshire music scene in 2005. The band instantly stood apart from their peers who mostly consisted of punk and metal bands. The reason for this was their diverse and eclectic mix of influences. The band would often incorporate numerous musical elements into their music, such as jazz, metal, indie, post-rock, punk and rock. After recording a studio EP, live EP and gigging all over the UK, they decided to call it a day in 2008.

A new version of Last. The Harry Macintosh Project. Live at the Cellar Bar. Overview (current section).

DEMO 2005 is a music singles/eps/fan club/promo recording by THE KOLIOS PROJECT (Progressive Metal/Progressive Rock) released in 2005 on cd, lp, vinyl and/or cassette. This is with a view to realising their first official album which is nearing completion. What we have here are a further four instrumental demo tracks from this internet based project. In the way of modern bands such as Kino and the late "Transatlantic", the music is recorded separately by each member or guest and brought together later. Thus while the music is largely improvisational, it does not result from jams as such.
