Shadow Dancing is the second album by English singer-songwriter and teen idol Andy Gibb, released in June 1978 in the United States and September 1978 in the United Kingdom. It was Gibb's highest charting album in some countries including America and in Canada. This LP was his only album to chart in the UK. Four singles, including the three US Top 10 singles, were released from the album.

An accomplished vocalist and writer, Gibb shot to the top of the charts with his 1977 debut Flowing Rivers. Shadow Dancing, released just one year later, effortlessly confirmed his ascension to the top of the pop pedestal. Working with his brothers again, Gibb wowed audiences with his easy-on-the-ears passionate pop. He was well-suited to the era.
Exclusive Prime pricing. Shadow Dancing was, indeed, Andy's best work. The world, apparently, agreed with me since Andy received Song of the Year for it while his brothers wrote the other 7 out of the top ten songs for that same year (including their works for Saturday Night Fever and the songs they wrote for other artists such as Yvonne Elliman that same year). Whereas brother Barry is now the only surviving member of the Gibb dynamo, Maurice and Robin are with Andy gone. Their writing was intense and beautiful. They are all sorely missed.
