Eddie Money is the self-titled debut album by American musician Eddie Money, recorded in the summer months and originally released in late 1977 on manager Bill Graham's Wolfgang label, distributed by Columbia Records. The album was certified double platinum in 1989. The album was a studio rendering of Money's live show at the time. Featuring almost entirely original compositions that the band had written and honed during their live performances in Bay Area venues.
No Control, released in 1982, is the fourth album from American rock musician Eddie Money. It was Platinum-certified in 1987, and contains the hits "Think I'm In Love" and "Shakin'. Shakin'" (Eddie Money, Ralph Carter, Elizabeth Myers, Johnny Gunn) - 3:07. Runnin' Away" (Money, Mark Leonard, Alan Pasqua) - 3:33. Think I'm in Love" (Money, Randy Oda) - 3:08. Hard Life" (Money, Carter) - 3:50. No Control" (Money, Carter, Gunn) - 3:56
After the comeback of No Control, Money produced the lackluster Where's the Party? Although the album replicated the formula of its predecessor, it lacked a collection of hook-filled songs, which made Where's the Party? Money's lowest-charting record to date.
Where's the Party? "Please retry". I love this album/cd. Not sure why it did not make it as big as the one before and after it. It is Eddie's party cd. In fact, great liner notes inside tell the story of it and it sounds like Eddie was doing some real partying around this time. I really love every song on this one except Backtrack which is a slow bluesy number. The first two tracks Maybe Tomorrow and Bad Girls are great party tracks.
