Happy Holidays to everyone from the Philadelphia recording artists that recorded the song "HOLIDAY" Doug Payne and Polygon backed in 1982.

This is a rare find, I heard that Doug Payne was a member of the Sentimental Souls the first group signed to Peter Brown's P&P Records. Also a collectors item "It's Party Time Getting In The Groove". He made a few other singles but I'm not sure of the names and if they are still available. Also I heard that he is overseas somewhere performing most of the time.
