The album was certified platinum in the UK.
It was created as a response to Black Lives Matter because they felt that the slogan left out white people, and they hate being left out of anything. Somehow, they believe that anything that doesn’t include them must automatically be anti-white. White people are very fragile in that way, and you should make an effort to be more sensitive to their needs. But what does that have to do with the n-word? Just like their cockamamy Black Lives Matter logic, they’ve concocted a convoluted, whitesplained argument that says using the n-word is divisive and an example of reverse racism
It’s a small world! I can’t believe you went to the same high school as me! What a small world! A: We haven’t seen or spoken to each other for twenty years and now you’ve moved into the house next to mine! Unbelievable! B: It’s a small world after all! . Feifei This is The English We Speak from BBC Learning English and we’re talking about the phrase ‘It’s a small world’. It’s used when we want to say that a surprising coincidence has occurred. It’s used particularly when two people meet unexpectedly, or have a mutual friend or connection. Rob told us how he met four of our colleagues on the same day in the same place. And now if we're finished, I'd like to go off and do some shopping
It’s not like babies are shipped with manuals that teaches them to be awesome human beings. For the first time in my life, I started looking for answers because I was tired of just living/existing without purpose. When I went back to Holland for the funeral, I also caught up with one of my mentors. I told him the whole story, and he said: Even though there’s no right or wrong way to live your life, there are certain universal principles that lead to a happy, wealthy, and healthy life.
Another replies: "It doesn’t do anything. That’s the beauty of it. I asked The Verge’s culture Slack room this question last week, and here are some of the answers I got. The Big Lebowski. It gets across the meaning of the statement, and it fits a situation that’s often mentioned alongside it: an eccentric character building or explaining a useless machine. But as a quote, it’s far less elegant than the simple call-and-response people remember. He also, incidentally, says nothing instead of doesn’t do anything.
