The Crusher is the third full-length studio album by Swedish death metal band Amon Amarth. It was released on May 8, 2001, through Metal Blade Records. The album was also released on the Double LP and Picture LP versions on June 29, 2007, which were hand-counted and limited to only 500 copies. All lyrics written by Johan Hegg.

One look at the album cover of their third album, The Crusher displays cheesiness at it’s highest. The artwork displays a viking with a long mustache rearing back to pummel what looks like a gravestone to pieces, while surrounded by hoards of flames.
