Carol Ann crawled out of the Arizona desert. They recorded this EP and a split with Noothgrush. There is a rumored LP laying around somewhere. Then they disappeared back into the heat like a mirage. If you're lucky enough to find a copy of this EP, then expect ten minutes of sludgey brutality similar to Dystopia. The drums are steady and crisp with enough double bass to almost grind, but the guitars never get that fast. The guitar parts are mostly chords, but include a few interludes of slow, single notes. The bass slithers through these songs like a thick snake. This is a really crucial slab of Dystopia-styled angry hardcore.
