We decided to re-issue this crucial Dakota/Dakota discography on vinyl all proper-like. Admittedly, the original LP+7" version we did was cool but not up to our usual quality standards. Plus, they broke up like 15 years ago, so we gotta strike while the iron is hot, right? This bad boy features all new artwork, a slightly tweaked master, and all 15 songs are on a single LP that Carl Saff lovingly cut for us like two years ago while he waited for us to finally do this. We pressed 500 or so copies on RANDOM colored vinyl.

Features gorgeous spot-gloss printing all over the jacket. 2/3rds of the band went on to create Russian Circles but this is mostly Ghosts and Vodka worship of the best kind. It is dumb but it’s also fun to show people what I’m listening to and excited about. It’s in amazing shape and cost me half of what this usually goes for in the states.

The Dakota, also known as the Dakota Apartments, is a cooperative apartment building located on the northwest corner of 72nd Street and Central Park West in the Upper West Side of the borough of Manhattan in New York City, United States. Its construction was completed in 1884. The Dakota was the home of John Lennon, a former member of the Beatles, from 1973 until his murder in the archway of the building in 1980.
