Disease is the third studio album by American hardcore punk band Beartooth. It was released on September 28, 2018 through Red Bull Records and UNFD. The album was announced on July 18, 2018 following the leak of one of the songs ("Infection") that is featured on the album. The band then released two (official) singles on July 23: "Disease" and "Bad Listener". On September 7, their third single, Manipulation was released.

Beartooth is an American hardcore punk band formed by Caleb Shomo in Columbus, Ohio in 2012. They have been signed to Red Bull Records since 2013. Their debut EP Sick was released on July 26, 2013, followed by their debut full-length album Disgusting on June 10, 2014. Their second album Aggressive was released on June 3, 2016. Their third album Disease was released on September 28, 2018.

Without much deviation from the band’s general sound, Caleb Shomo has yet again created a metalcore album with punk rock influences sprinkled about. Almost as if a carbon copy, much of Disease is ruined by poor production that detracts from the band’s original raw styling they had on their debut. Although the instrumentation is quite impressive on the album, many of the issues fall into the control of the cheesy lyrics. That aside, Beartooth’s third effort shows signs of revitalization after the failure of Aggressive.

Disease' is the most mediocre Beartooth release yet. Caleb Shomo and the band can definitely make better records than this. Then there’s the album’s worst song, the blunder of ‘Bad Listener’. For an album about looking into oneself to find and address causes of emotional distress and mental illness, this just feels so out of place. It sees Caleb singing about how he’ll bang his head until his brain rots ; that there’s no degree in rock n roll ; and that he isn’t deaf, he’. ust a real bad listener.
