Underrated tune from the early 90s, Richie Stephens R&B singing clinches it, accompanied by the Soul II Soul style drum programming...this can crossover within hip hop, soul, and reggae very smoothly. Mad Cobra's chants are easily grasped by a non-reggae crowd helping its general appeal while keeping it true to the dancehall massive.
