The Winters book, along with the superb Steven Spielberg/Tom Hanks series should be the complete package. Anecdotes, observations and insights into his formative years would help. Dick Winters was an inspiration to many during a very difficult time. I can't even imagine what it must have been like during these battles. It was a blessing to read this book.
