Francis John Miller (born 2 November 1949) is a Scottish rock singer-songwriter. Miller wrote for and performed with many recording artists and is best known for his 1977 album Full House, the singles "Jealousy", "Darlin'" and his duet with Phil Lynott on the Thin Lizzy song "Still in Love with You". In 1978 Bob Seger remarked that Miller "was a huge influence" on him.

The album is a nice mix of songs, half of which were self-penned. A note of interest: Miller's version of "Play Something Sweet" was released a year before Three Dog Night had their hit with the same song.

High Life (Frankie Miller album). Redirected from I'll Take A Melody (Frankie Miller song)). High Life is the second album by Frankie Miller. It was produced by Allen Toussaint, who also composed seven songs on the album. Play Something Sweet (Brickyard Blues)" was released by Three Dog Night the same year as Miller's, and "Shoo Rah" was covered by Betty Wright - and both tracks become chart hits.
