Winds of Change is the debut album by Eric Burdon & the Animals, released in October 1967. The original band, the Animals, broke up in 1966 and this band was entirely new except for lead singer Eric Burdon and drummer Barry Jenkins, who joined the original lineup when John Steel left in February 1966.
The discography of The Animals, an English music group of the 1960s formed in Newcastle upon Tyne, contains 20 studio albums, 6 compilation albums, 5 EPs and 25 singles. Featuring a gritty, bluesy sound and a deep-voiced frontman in Eric Burdon, they are best known for their rendition of an American folk song named "House of the Rising Sun", which is described by many as their signature song.
Eric Burdon & The Animals was a psychedelic rock band formed after The Animals disbanded in 1966. In 1967, lead singer Eric Burdon planned to make a solo career, but then he thought about "New Animals".
Also known as Eric Burdon & The New Animals. Apodos: Every One Of Us.
