Simply Red have clearly branched out as far as their style goes, but they still maintain their signature sound. In addition to great original songs like "Home" and "Sunrise" there a couple of very skilled covers on this album, most notably Bob Dylan's "positively 4th street" that is done extremely well. A couple of songs have female backing vocals that are reminiscent in quality only of the great Steely Dan songs but sort of used with a twist. Overall a very well-rounded and memorable album that one can listen to for a long time.
