Tony Tuff (born Winston Anthony Morris, c. 1955, Kingston, Jamaica) is a reggae singer who was a member of The African Brothers in the late 1960s and 1970s before embarking on a solo career. Tuff started his career in 1969 as a member of the vocal trio The African Brothers, along with Sugar Minott and Derrick "Bubbles" Howard.

Tony adapted well to the new dancehall style and scored with two massive hits "Come Fe Mash It" and "Water Pumpee", both produced by Junjo. These were followed by many other reggae hits such as "Mix Me Down", "You'll Never Find", "Sweet Reggae Music" and many more. Biography by Fred Thomas. Reggae singer/songwriter active since the late '60s, when he formed a vocal trio with teenage peers Sugar Minott and Derrick Howard. Morris would spend much of the '80s working with top-tier reggae producers such as Yabby You, who produced a self-titled album in 1980, as well as Henry Lawes, who produced 1983's Come Fe Mash It as well as two of Tuff's highest-charting singles, "Mix Me Down" and "Water Pumpee. Tuff released multiple albums, singles, and compilations throughout the '80s, but had almost no musical output throughout the '90s.
