Elizabeth Bernholz (née Walling), better known by her stage name Gazelle Twin, is a British electronic music composer, producer and musician from Brighton, England and currently based in Leicestershire, England. She is signed to Anti-Ghost Moon Ray, but also released music on Something Nothing Records and Sugarcane Recordings. Elizabeth Bernholz studied music in University of Sussex and graduated in 2006.

Unflesh is Elizabeth Bernholz’s second album as Gazelle Twin, a dark and depraved journey into the remote cells of her subconscious. The idea of 'unflesh' is like a shedding of skin, she says of the record. It’s a tearing out of your body down to your skeleton and breaking free. I was also interested in the London riots: young people are always demonised, very misunderstood, but they're also at the peak of this intense consumerist culture.

Unflesh is the second studio album by the English electronic music project Gazelle Twin of composer, producer and musician Elizabeth Bernholz. It was released in the United Kingdom on 22 September 2014 to critical acclaim. This album, with its pristine interiors, captures the intimacy of her trauma perfectly. It’s as immaculate as a hotel in a JG Ballard novel, and just as bloody scary. 90. Unflesh is a bold and assertive statement for what pop music can do in 2014.

Gazelle Twin is the solo project of composer and visual artist Elizabeth Bernholz (née Elizabeth Walling) from Brighton, UK, formerly of A Scandal In Bohemia. The project's self-released début was Gazelle Twin Demo 2009, and her latest album is Pastoral (2018). The majority of her releases are on the Anti-Ghost Moon Ray label that she co-founded with other members of the collective of the same name, such as Bernholz, Great Pagans and Acquaintance.
