The band’s music has become known as the go-to for setting the tone for a day at the beach  . Diamonds This song came together from the little melodic solo thing on guitar that's on the album version (not present on this performance). I just loved it so I built the song around it. When we got to the studio to record it, we didn't have a bridge yet and it needed something. So we jammed until we came up with this riffy 311-esque part that chunks along before breaking into the pre chorus again. It's a great dynamic and really takes the song somewhere else for a minute.
