Camillo, né dans le grand Duché de Luxembourg, fréquente l'école en Alsace, puis le lycée de Diekirch au Luxembourg.Après la guerre, il étudie le chant au Conservatoire de la ville de Luxembourg. Il chante en anglais, en allemand et en français. Tout en continuant d'étudier le chant, il suit des cours de comédie. Il chante, joue et participe à la mise en scène de spectacles d'opéra et d'opérette.
Il est actuellement une grande vedette dans son pays, en Allemagne et en France, puisqu'il est l'inoubliable interprète de "SAG WARUM" et aussi d'un excellent disque chanté en français.
Son hobby: il collectionne avec une obstination tranquille des disques d'enregistrements de musique d'opéra et avant tout des airs de chanteurs célébres et des concertos pour piano.
