Prince Far I (c. 1944 – 15 September 1983) was a Jamaican reggae deejay, producer and a Rastafarian. He was known for his gruff voice and critical assessment of the Jamaican government. His track "Heavy Manners" used lyrics against measures initiated towards violent crime. He was born Michael James Williams in Spanish Town, Jamaica.

Prince Far I was born Michael James Williams in Spanish Town, Jamaica in 1945. In his teens he assumed the role of lead DJ with the Sir Mike the Musical Dragon Sound System. Bunny Lee first recorded Far I in the early 70's with a tune called "The Great Booga Wooga". He went on to cut tunes for Coxsone, notably "Natty Farmyard" and a version of "Queen of the Minstrel".

Reissue of Cry Tuff Dub Encounter Part 2 (tracks 8 to 16), with the addition of seven bonus tracks, including three vocal numbers (tracks 1, 6, 7).Track 8, "No More War Dub", is titled "Borno Dub" and track 13, "Borno Dub", is titled "Gongola Dub" on the original 1979 LP issue.
For this edition, the track ordering of the original album has been re-arranged; the track order 16, 14, 15, 13, 9, 10, 11, 12, 8 displays the original tracklist.
