Megatop Phoenix is the fourth and final studio album by the original line-up of English band Big Audio Dynamite, released on 5 September 1989 by CBS Records. Mick Jones and Bill Price produced the album. It was recorded at the Kinks' Konk Studios in Hornsey, London, who were considered an inspiration in the album's liner notes. Megatop Phoenix was the last album to be released under the name of Big Audio Dynamite for six years (until 1995's F-Punk).

Exclusive Prime pricing. I've had this album in a variety of formats since it was released. It's the most consistently solid release from the original Big Audio Dynamite. Recently the eject function of the cd player in my car has shown signs of failing. The player works fine, but requires pliers to fully remove the cd during ejecting. So I had to sit down and think about what 1 cd, of all the music I like, that I would be ok with stuck permantently in the cd player (I still have an ipod cord, so this wouldn't be the only thing I ever listen to, but would get played with unusual frequency).
